Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These terms cover your use of TutorSuite. The most important section is the one on permitted use. Please read it. It sets out a limit that protects your degree as well as our position.

What we provide

TutorSuite provides academic support services: model answers and reference materials, proofreading and editing, referencing and citation formatting, data analysis support, and study guidance. All materials are supplied for research, study and reference purposes.

Permitted use — read this section

What we supply is reference material. It is there so you can see how an argument is built, how a framework is applied, and how your subject’s conventions work in practice.

You must not submit any material we supply, in whole or in substantial part, as your own work for assessment. Doing so is academic misconduct under the regulations of every UK university and awarding body, and it is a breach of these terms.

Proofreading and editing services are different in kind: there, the work is yours and we return it to you improved. You remain the author.

What we will not do

  • We will not sit, attend or assist with any examination, including online-proctored and invigilated assessments.
  • We will not fabricate NVQ observation records, witness testimony or evidence of workplace competence.
  • We will not produce material intended to disguise AI-generated work as human-written.
  • We will not communicate with your university, awarding body or employer.
  • We will not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the assignment, including the true word count, level and deadline.
  • Confirm that your programme permits the service you are ordering — proofreading policies in particular vary between institutions.
  • Review delivered work and raise any issues.
  • Not resell, republish or redistribute materials we supply.

Reworks

Reworks are unlimited and free where they relate to the original brief. There is no cap on how many reworks you can request and no time limit on them. A change to the brief itself is new work and will be quoted separately.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered material for the permitted purposes set out above. We retain copyright in the material and do not resell or republish work produced for a client.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee any particular grade or result. Your marker or assessor makes that decision, and it is outside our control. For any order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
