Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

We would rather fix work than refund it, because a refund does not help you meet a deadline. But where a refund is right, this sets out exactly when it applies.

Full refund

  • We miss the agreed deadline and you no longer need the work.
  • We accept an order and then cannot allocate a suitable specialist.
  • The delivered work is materially different from the agreed brief and a rework cannot reasonably fix it.
  • You cancel before a specialist has started work.

Partial refund

  • You cancel after work has started — we refund the proportion not yet completed.
  • Part of a multi-chapter dissertation order is delivered and you cancel the remainder.
  • The work meets the brief but a defined section is materially deficient and you prefer a partial refund to a rework.

No refund

  • The work meets the brief and was delivered on time, but did not receive the grade you hoped for. We do not guarantee grades, because your marker awards them.
  • You supplied an incorrect or incomplete brief and the work matches what you supplied.
  • You have not previously raised the issue with us.
  • The work was submitted for assessment. Once it has been submitted we cannot assess a quality complaint independently.

Our on-time guarantee

If we miss the deadline we agreed, you get a full refund. Not a partial one, not a credit — a refund. A guarantee that costs us nothing when we break it is not a guarantee.

The one exception: where a delay is caused by us waiting on information we asked you for, the clock pauses until you reply.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order reference and what went wrong. We respond within two working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five working days.

If you are unhappy with our decision, tell us. We will escalate it internally first. A chargeback is slower for both of us.
