About us
Academic support built for how UK universities actually mark
There is a real gap between "I understand this material" and "I can produce what this rubric is asking for". Most people underestimate it. TutorSuite exists to close it, and it is entirely teachable.
Why we started
Most students who come to us are not struggling with their subject. They are struggling with rules nobody ever teaches them. That "critically analyse" needs a particular paragraph shape. That a findings chapter must not interpret. That a CIPD unit gets referred over one unevidenced criterion, however good the rest of it is.
These are not intelligence problems. They are information problems. And they fall hardest on students with the least access to informal help. First-generation students. International students. Mature students coming back after years out. People working full-time alongside a Level 7 qualification.
How we work
- Specialists, not writers. Nursing work goes to healthcare educators. Law goes to law graduates. Postgraduate work goes only to specialists holding a research degree in the field.
- Your rubric is the specification. Every order starts by mapping the marking criteria, because that is what your marker works down.
- UK conventions throughout. British English, UK sources, UK classification bands, and the referencing variant your specific department uses.
- We say no. To deadlines we cannot meet properly, to exam assistance, to fabricated NVQ evidence. Turning work down is part of the job.
How specialists are vetted
- Degree verification — we check the qualification, not just the claim.
- A written assessment on a real assignment brief, marked against a real UK rubric by a senior specialist. This is where most applicants are declined.
- A probation period in which every piece is reviewed before it reaches a client.
- Ongoing review — client rework requests and outcomes feed back into who gets allocated what.
What we are not
We are not an essay mill, and we are explicit about that rather than coy. We do not produce work to be submitted as a student’s own, we do not sit examinations, and we do not manufacture evidence of competence. Our academic integrity policy sets the boundary out in full, including the legal position in England.
If that limit makes us the wrong service for you, that is genuinely fine. Better to find out here than after an academic misconduct panel.
Where to look next
- Samples — real excerpts with marker’s notes, which tells you more about quality than any About page can.
- How it works — the six-step process, including the checks you never see.
- Pricing — every multiplier published, no fees added at checkout.
About us — your questions
Are you actually based in the UK?
Yes — registered in England and Wales, with a UK support team. More importantly, our specialists were educated in UK institutions, which is what makes the difference to work marked against UK conventions.
How are specialists vetted?
Degree verification, a written assessment marked against a real UK rubric, and a probation period where every piece is reviewed before delivery. Roughly one in nine applicants gets through, and most failures are at the written assessment.
Why should I trust a service like this?
Do not just take our word for it. Read the samples, which carry real excerpts and marker’s notes. Then read our academic integrity page, where we set out plainly what we will not do. Any service that will not tell you where its limits are has not thought about them.
