How quickly will you reply?
Usually within twenty minutes and always within two hours, including overnight. Deadlines do not respect office hours and neither do we during coursework season.
Can I send my brief as an attachment?
Yes. Send the form first, then reply to our email with the brief, rubric and any lecture material attached. Keeping attachments out of the web form keeps this page fast and keeps your documents out of a third-party uploader.
Do you have a phone number?
We handle enquiries by email and WhatsApp, so there is always a written record of what was agreed. That protects you as much as us. For dissertation projects and coding walkthroughs, we book calls.
Will you contact my university?
Never, under any circumstances. We have no contact with any educational institution.
