The whole process

What actually happens after you send us a brief

Most services describe this in three vague steps. Here are the six real ones, including the checks you never see and the point at which we sometimes talk you out of spending money.

  1. You send the brief

The assignment question and marking rubric at minimum. Lecture slides, the reading list and any past feedback all improve the result and cost nothing to send.

  2. We read it before quoting

A coordinator reads the brief and checks it against what you selected. If you have picked a service that is more than you need, we say so — that conversation loses us money and keeps you.

  3. A specialist is matched

By discipline and level, not by availability. Nursing work goes to healthcare educators, law to law graduates, postgraduate work only to specialists holding a research degree.

  4. You approve the price

Confirmed price and timeline, usually within twenty minutes. Nothing is charged until you say yes, and the price does not move afterwards.

  5. The work is produced and checked

Written to your rubric, then run through similarity checking and a reference cross-check before anyone sends it to you.

  6. You receive it, and revise it

Delivered with the similarity report and a note on the structural decisions. Unlimited reworks, 30 on dissertation work.

The quality checks you do not see

Before anything reaches you it goes through four checks. They are unglamorous, and they are the reason most of our work comes back right the first time.

  1. Rubric coverage. Every criterion in your marking rubric is mapped to a section of the submission. For criteria-based awards such as CIPD and BTEC this map is delivered to you as a table.
  2. Reference cross-check. Every in-text citation is reconciled against the reference list in both directions. Orphan citations are the most common avoidable error in student work and software does not catch them.
  3. Similarity screening. The report is generated and read, not just attached. If a section returns a high match we look at why before sending it.
  4. British English pass. Spelling, terminology, date formats and classification bands checked to UK conventions.

Where we say no

We decline work fairly regularly, and it is worth being upfront about when. We will not take a deadline we cannot meet properly — we would rather lose the order than deliver something that wastes your money. We will not assist with any live examination. We will not fabricate NVQ evidence or workplace observations. And we will not help disguise AI-generated work as your own.

We also occasionally tell students to go to their university instead. If you have missed a deadline through illness or a genuine crisis, applying for mitigating circumstances is free and works more often than students expect. That advice costs us a sale and it is still the right advice.

Our academic integrity policy sets out the full boundary, including how our materials are meant to be used.

Process questions

How quickly will someone reply?

Usually within twenty minutes, and always within two hours — including overnight, because that is when most coursework panic actually happens.

Who is my specialist?

A UK-educated subject specialist, most holding a Master’s or doctorate in the field. You will not be told their name, and they will not be told yours — that separation is deliberate and protects you both.

Can I talk to my specialist?

You can send questions and clarifications through us at any point, and they come back with the specialist’s answer. For coding projects and dissertation work we also offer a walkthrough call, which is where the most value tends to be.

What if I need to change the brief?

Tell us immediately. A change within the first 24 hours is handled without extra charge. Later changes depend on how much work has already been done, and we will tell you the cost before doing anything.

How do I know it is not resold?

Every piece is written for your brief and never reused, resold or published. Your documents are never added to any student database, which also means your own later submission cannot match against them.
